At Foxford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Foxford account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
